About the TikTok Money Calculator
This TikTok money calculator estimates how much a creator earns in a month by adding up the four main income streams on the platform: Creator Rewards Program payouts on qualified views, sponsored brand deals, LIVE gifts converted from Diamonds, and TikTok Shop affiliate commissions. Each stream uses a rate you enter, so the estimate reflects your own niche and audience rather than a single headline number.
It is useful for creators deciding whether to focus on longer videos, sponsorships, LIVE or affiliate content, and for brands and managers sanity-checking what an account can earn. The breakdown shows which stream carries the income, and the effective earnings per 1,000 views lets you compare your account with others.
TikTok does not publish a fixed rate per view. Creator Rewards payouts vary with country, video length, watch time, originality and search value, and Diamond values are shown in your LIVE dashboard. The defaults are illustrative mid-range assumptions — replace them with the RPM, gift totals and deal fees from your own analytics for a reliable estimate.
With the default inputs, the estimated monthly earnings is $1,050.00. Change any value above to recalculate instantly.
How to use the tiktok money calculator
- 1Enter your monthly qualified views and the RPM shown in your Creator Rewards dashboard.
- 2Add how many brand deals you close per month and the average fee.
- 3Enter the Diamonds you earn from LIVE gifts and their payout value.
- 4Add affiliate sales from TikTok Shop and your average commission rate.
- 5Review the monthly total, the yearly projection and which stream contributes most.
Formula and method
Creator Rewards income is qualified views divided by 1,000 and multiplied by your RPM (revenue per thousand qualified views). Brand income is the number of sponsored posts times the average fee. LIVE income is the Diamonds you receive from gifts multiplied by their cash value, and affiliate income is the gross merchandise value you drive through TikTok Shop links times your average commission rate.
The yearly figure multiplies the month by 12, and the effective earnings per 1,000 views divides all income by qualified views — a quick way to see how much of your income comes from monetising attention beyond the rewards program. Figures are before income tax, agency commissions and any refunds or returns on Shop orders.

Worked examples
Mid-size creator with a mix of income
500,000 qualified views at a $0.60 RPM pay $300. One $500 brand deal, 10,000 Diamonds at $0.005 ($50) and 10% commission on $2,000 of Shop sales ($200) bring the month to $1,050 — about $12,600 a year, or $2.10 per 1,000 views overall.
Views-only creator in a high-RPM niche
Two million qualified views at $1.00 per 1,000 views pay $2,000 a month from Creator Rewards. With no other streams, total earnings per 1,000 views equal the RPM.
Sponsorship-led account
Creator Rewards adds only $150 here. Four sponsored posts at $1,200 ($4,800) and 15% commission on $5,000 of Shop sales ($750) make up most of the $5,700 month.
Frequently asked questions
How much does TikTok pay per 1,000 views?+
TikTok does not publish a fixed rate. Creator Rewards Program payouts depend on country, niche, watch time and originality, and creators commonly report RPMs from well under $0.50 to above $1 per 1,000 qualified views. Use the RPM in your own dashboard.
What counts as a qualified view?+
For the Creator Rewards Program, only views on original videos longer than one minute from eligible users count, and TikTok filters out views it considers invalid. Qualified views are usually a fraction of your total views.
How much are TikTok LIVE gifts worth?+
Viewers buy Coins and send gifts; you receive Diamonds, which convert to cash at the rate shown in your LIVE rewards balance. Enter that conversion rate here, because TikTok can change it and it may differ by region.
Do brand deals pay more than Creator Rewards?+
For most mid-size creators, yes. A single sponsored post can pay more than hundreds of thousands of rewards views, which is why many creators treat Creator Rewards as a base and sponsorships and affiliate sales as the main income.
Is TikTok income taxable?+
Yes. Creator payouts, brand fees, gifts and commissions are generally taxable income, and in the US you may owe self-employment tax as well. This calculator shows earnings before any tax or agency fees.
